PREACH ONLY JESUS! (#OurMessageIsJESUS #ItsAllAboutJESUS)

🌐 The #AdvancedTeachingMinistry 🌐 Presents:
      πŸ† PREACH ONLY JESUS! πŸ†
      (#OurMessageIsJESUS #ItsAllAboutJESUS)

πŸ“–Proverbs 8:7 For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.

By now it should be clear to anyone and everyone that GOD expects us (those who are Born Again) to share with the world the BLESSEDNESS of the New Life into which we have come.

This is a CALLING for everyone; it's a MINISTRY for one who has received CHRIST and accepted His Substitutionary Sacrifice. It is not exclusive to only ORDAINED ministers. Everyone is expected to participate in this holy craft.

πŸ“–Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Necessity is laid upon us as ministers of reconciliation, who have been endowed with the word of reconciliation, to reach out to the unreached and tell the untold about the Unconditional Love of GOD which He demonstrated in CHRIST as He both HUNG Him on the Cross and RAISED Him from the dead.

πŸ“–2 Corinthians 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath GIVEN to us the MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION; 5:19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath COMMITTED unto us the WORD OF RECONCILIATION.

PASSION is a major requirement in this calling in which we must preach the Gospel. However, passion isn't enough... there's a PATTERN for which it must be done, that way it becomes pleasing to GOD.

           ✒ What's The Required PASSION? ✒

1⃣ The Passion of NECESSITY
πŸ“–1 Corinthians 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

If we don't preach this Gospel, who will? The angels? No! It is beyond them. While they are WATCHERS we are WITNESSES. If JESUS needed angels to herald the Good News of the Kingdom of God He would have told us. πŸ“–Acts 1:8

2⃣ The Passion of HIS LOVE
πŸ“–2 Cor 5:14
NIV: For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died.

AMP: For the love of Christ controls and urges and impels us, because we are of the opinion and conviction that [if] One died for all, then all died;

Look, if we claim to love JESUS, our actions should correspond with it. We can't love in word only, we must prove the sincerity of our love (πŸ“–2 Cor 8:8)

If we truly love JESUS, that would be our greatest motivation to do that which pleases Him and that which pleases Him is telling others about Him and all that He has done for them.

3⃣ The Passion Of READINESS
πŸ“–2 Tim 4:2
ESV: preach the word; be READY in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.

There is no room for excuses, that's why it's a calling and a ministry. As good soldiers of JESUS CHRIST we must be ready and fully prepared at all times to share the Good News of the Kingdom.

Time and space shouldn't limit us neither should creeds and cultures. "EVER READY" should be our Motto.

4⃣ The Passion of CONVICTION
πŸ“–Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for (because) IT IS the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Did you notice he said "it is" not "it may be"? That conviction is why Apostle Paul could go to any extent to preach the Gospel. He knew what the Gospel carried; he knew it was the answer and solution to the questions and problems of mankind respectively.

When you are armed with such a conviction, you will go all out to get the Gospel across for the purpose of people's emancipation from the kingdom of darkness and the blindness of ignorance and religiosity.

5⃣ The Passion of REWARD
πŸ“–1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord (comprising, soul winning, evangelism, preaching the Gospel, etc) forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

It is not an error to be reward conscious. If it is, then JESUS would have rebuked Peter and the rest of the Apostles when they besought Him along this line.

πŸ“–Mark 10:28 Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee. 10:29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, 10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

It's an error to be sentimental with the Gospel. Don't read your mind into scriptures. Allow the Holy Ghost help you come into perfect understanding. That's His office and ministry.... Give Him the right of room to express Himself in you.

            ✒ But What's the PATTERN? ✒

In other to understand the pattern, you have to understand first that Preaching the GOSPEL is not the same as Preaching the WORD.

πŸ‘‰ What we call THE WORD is everything contained in the Old Testament (ranging from Genesis to Malachi)

πŸ‘‰ What we call THE GOSPEL is everything revealed in the EPISTLES of Apostle Paul (ranging from Romans to Jude)

Am sure you are asking, "but what about Matthew to John and the book of Revelation"?

πŸ‘‰ Matthew to John are eye witness accounts of all that JESUS did and said in his earth walk.

It's explained better here πŸ‘‡
πŸ“–Acts 1:1 The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of ALL that Jesus began both to DO and TEACH

πŸ‘‰ The book of Revelation detailed descriptions of end time activities that will culminate into the end of all things as we know it.

πŸ“–Revelation 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants THINGS WHICH MUST SHORTLY COME TO PASS; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John

✒ What Is The Gospel? ✒

Now that it is understood that it is the Gospel that must be preached, what is the Gospel?

The Gospel is the PREACHING OF JESUS CHRIST!
πŸ“–Romans 16:25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to MY GOSPEL, (Which is) THE PREACHING OF JESUS CHRIST, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the Pattern: Preaching NOTHING ELSE but the Person of JESUS CHRIST.

πŸ‘ It is doing this that GLADNESS the heart of the FATHER.

πŸ“–2 Corinthians 9:13 Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men

πŸ‘ It is doing this that GLORIFIES the Lord JESUS.

πŸ“–2 Timothy 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

πŸ‘ It is doing this that GUARANTEES the move of the Holy Spirit in full manifestation.

πŸ“–Acts 10:44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

   ✒ Revisiting & Demystifying πŸ“–Proverbs 8:7 ✒

Let's revisit our proof text once again and analyse it:
πŸ“–Proverbs 8:7 For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.

✏ First, you must understand that all that was said or written in the scriptures (the LAW, the PSALMS and the PROPHETS) were documented with the ultimate intention to point people to JESUS.

πŸ“–John 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me (point to ME).

So every time you study the Old Testament, you are expected to deliberately and decisively look for JESUS, otherwise, the confusion that governed the Old Testament saints will become your experience. It is when you consciously look for JESUS in the scriptures as you study them that CLARITY is administered to you.

πŸ“–2 Corinthians 3:16 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.

✏ Secondly, through the understanding of point number one, you need to also comprehend the fact that TRUTH is not a Policy or Principle.... It's a PERSON!

πŸ“–John 14:6 JESUS saith unto him, I AM the way, THE TRUTH, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

NOW, powered with the right understanding, we can therefore deduce that this clause "For my mouth shall speak truth" means "My mouth shall speak only about JESUS"!

Dear minister, if you are to teach or preach, your message should be JESUS otherwise you are either sincerely ignorant or deliberately confused.

This was the pattern of the Apostles of JESUS CHRIST in the early days of the Church:

πŸ“–Acts 5:42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to TEACH and PREACH JESUS CHRIST.

This πŸ‘† is the APPOINTED PATTERN for these last days, my beloved brother and sister in Christ Jesus... Anything outside JESUS is ANTI-CHRISTICAL.

Behold, the reverse:
"wickedness is an abomination to my lips."

Have you noticed that there are numerous (uncountable) SO CALLED ministers whose only major message is preaching the WICKEDNESS of the enemy. I wanna ask, what about the GOODNESS of GOD?

How dare anyone who claims to be CALLED of God preach more about His enemy than he does about the CALLER Himself!?! Isn't that preposterous? It's madness and insanity in every sense of the word. 😑

Beloved Minister, get to a point where preaching Satan (witches and wizards and covens) and their activities and anything else outside JESUS is an ABOMINATION to you.

Let preaching "wickedness become an ABOMINATION to your lips." If you must speak, speak as the mouthpiece of GOD, revealing and unveiling JESUS CHRIST.

πŸ“–1 Peter 4:11
NIV: If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God.

Evangelist Philip entered the city of Samaria, a city overtaken by satanic invasions and demonic activities, yet guess what his message was?

πŸ“–Acts 8:5 Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and PREACHED CHRIST unto them.

As he preached CHRIST, what happened to those PEOPLE affected by the demonic invasion? πŸ‘‡

8:7 For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.

As these ensued, what happened to the demon infested CITY? πŸ‘‡

8:8 And there was great joy in that city.

In Conclusion:
Let's read Proverbs 8:7 in the Face of the New Testament order of things

πŸ‘Š Old Testament πŸ‘‡
For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips.

πŸ‘Š New Testament πŸ‘‡
For my mouth shall speak (teach and preach) only truth JESUS); but emphasizing on the wickedness and activities of the enemy is an abomination to my lips.

If by any chance you think I am wrong, then see πŸ‘‡
πŸ“–1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

πŸ‘‰ If you must teach, Teach JESUS
πŸ‘‰ If you must preach, Preach JESUS
πŸ‘‰ If you must speak, Speak JESUS

GOD BLESS YOU BY ALL MEANS IN JESUS NAME! πŸ’˜
